Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Too Easy ("the Service"), operated by Benjamin B. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. Accounts may not be created by or on behalf of anyone under 13, and we will close any account we learn belongs to a child under 13. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

What the Service provides

Too Easy is a Grades 6 – College learning platform offering quizzes, flashcards, an AI writing helper, a calculator, progress tracking, streaks, XP, badges, college preparation tools, and related features. Some features require a free account; some advanced features require a paid Pro subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, harassment, or abuse of other users.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service, including probing, scraping, or distributing malware.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Circumventing usage limits, access controls, or subscription checks.
• Using the Service, including AI-assisted writing features, to violate academic integrity policies, commit plagiarism, or misrepresent authorship of work you submit to a school or institution. You are responsible for how you use any output and for following your institution's rules.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Intellectual property

Benjamin B retains all ownership rights in the Service, including software, content, branding, documentation, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal educational purposes in accordance with these terms.

User content

You keep ownership of any content you submit, such as essays, notes, or uploaded study materials. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your original work.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Whop, our checkout and payment partner. Whop handles payment collection, billing, and receipts on our behalf; we never see or store your full card number. When you pay, you also agree to Whop's terms of service, available at https://whop.com/terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account management page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Service level

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but you may retain access to export your data for a reasonable period where technically feasible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Benjamin B operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
